Love and Misery CD Packaging

    Sinners & Saints release of Love and Misery CD in 2014. We decided to take a literal approach to the concept and title of the album Love and Misery. I created a front and back of the album that is juxtaposed like the band's name itself.

      The album design features an illustrated wrap around banner to tie the design together and lead the eye to the other side of the packaging.

      Originally I illustrated both the front and back side of the heart with the idea that one would be used for "love" and the other for "misery" however after laying out the design it came across stronger with a reverse use of color using the same illustration.
